Terms of sale
These terms cover purchases from maplerefit.ca, operated by George Wells as Maple Refit, 2 County Ct Blvd, Unit 400, Brampton, ON L6W 3W8.
Products
Devices are used and refurbished, not new. Each is graded A, B or C for cosmetic condition as described on the grading page. Some photos are representative of the model. Product names and trademarks belong to their owners, and Maple Refit isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any manufacturer.
Software support
Manufacturers set how long their devices get software and security updates. Where we know a device's update end date, we list it on the product page.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Canadian dollars. Payment is taken by Stripe when you check out. We may cancel and fully refund an order if a price or description was posted in error, or if a device sells out before your order is filled.
Shipping
Orders ship within Canada only. Delivery times are estimates. Once your order is with the carrier, we'll help track down any problem, but carrier delays are outside our control.
Returns and warranty
See Returns & warranty. This warranty is in addition to any rights you have under Ontario consumer protection law.
416 phone numbers
A 416 number is delivered by porting it to the carrier you choose. Once ported, service and billing for the number are between you and that carrier. Port timing depends on the carriers involved.
