What the grades mean
The grade describes how a device looks, not how well it works. Every grade passes the same tests and gets the same 90-day warranty.
- A
Grade A: Excellent
Little or no sign of use. The screen has no scratches you can see with the display on.
- B
Grade B: Good
Light scratches or scuffs on the body. The screen may have faint marks that you can't see with the display on.
- C
Grade C: Fair
Visible wear such as scratches, scuffs or small dents. Works exactly like an A or B.

- Tested and graded. Every device is checked and given an honest A, B or C grade.
- Reset and recorded. Factory reset, with the serial number logged before it ships.
