This policy explains what Maple Refit (maplerefit.ca), operated by George Wells from 2 County Ct Blvd, Unit 400, Brampton, ON L6W 3W8, collects and why.

What we collect

When you order, Stripe collects your name, email, shipping address, phone number and payment details to process the payment. We receive your name, email, phone, shipping address and what you ordered so we can fill and ship the order. We never see or store your full card number.

When you buy a 416 number, we also receive the carrier and account details you send us to complete the port. We use them only for that port.

When you use a form on this site, we receive what you type into it.

Your cart is stored in your own browser so it's there when you come back. This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Devices you sell or return to us

We erase every device that comes to us. Please back up and remove your own data first, since we can't recover it afterwards.

Who it's shared with

Stripe processes payments under its own privacy policy. Your shipping details go to the carrier that delivers your order. Port details go to the carriers involved in the port. Form messages and order notices are delivered to our inbox through an email service. We don't sell or rent your information.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as tax law requires. Messages are kept as long as needed to answer them.
